This policy explains what Suadela collects when you use the tool at suadela.au, and what we do with it. Suadela is operated by Ushay Consulting Group Pty Ltd (ACN 657 715 734).
When you upload a marketing asset for analysis, we process the file to generate your score and report. We also record a small amount of technical and usage information: an anonymised (hashed) version of your IP address, your approximate geographic region, basic file metadata (type and size), and the scores produced.
Uploaded assets are processed to produce your report and are not retained afterwards, unless you choose to contribute them to our research corpus (see below). Your report is made available to you through a time-limited link and is not kept indefinitely.
After your report is generated, you can choose to contribute your asset to Suadela's research corpus, which helps improve the methodology. This is off by default — it only happens if you tick the box. If you opt in and later change your mind, email accounts@ushay.consulting and we will remove your asset from the corpus.
We keep anonymised usage information — region, scores, processing time and similar — to understand how the tool is used and to improve it. This information is not tied to your identity.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your uploaded assets for any purpose other than generating your report and, where you've opted in, improving the methodology.
For any question or request about your information, including corpus removal, contact accounts@ushay.consulting.
We may update this policy as the tool develops. The current version is always the one published here.
